Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold our distinctive brand identity, voice, and tone across all channels.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Ensure uniform messaging across social media, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Social Media Strategy
- Develop platform-specific strategies aimed at increasing growth, engagement, and conversions on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Guide the Social Media Manager in planning and sharing content that aligns with our campaigns and branding efforts.
- Remain informed on social media trends and introduce innovative strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to foster a vibrant and loyal online community reflecting our brand values.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring a strong connection with our audience.
- Partner with the Creative Director to generate compelling assets for campaigns.
- Integrate social media strategies into overarching brand campaigns to amplify awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, conversions, and brand sentiment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine approaches and ensure short-term and long-term triumphs.
- Communicate performance updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Community Building
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure our online community aligns with our brand values and fosters meaningful connections.
- Develop strategies to cultivate and engage our community through various initiatives, events, and content.
